The SGS Initiatives announces "Dr. Senthil Kumar Memorial Award". The yearly award aims to promote women in STEAM research. This annual award is given in memory of Prof. Senthil Kumar, whose untimely demise on December 30, 2024 left a lasting impact on the members of the steering committee, planners, and organisers of the Lincoln Global Postdoctoral and Research Associate (LGPR) Programme. Prof. Senthil Kumar is survived by his wife and two daughters, whose resilience continues to inspire the community.
We announce the smart helmet design challenge to be held on 3rd November 2025. The smart helmet should be capable of alerting the rider about approaching traffic from all directions, providing 360-degree awareness. The design will incorporate IoT and camera interfaces to ensure enhanced situational awareness.
